Sweet Soy Salmon
2 Large Salmon Filets (boneless)
Canola Oil or Pam Spray
2 tbs Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Garlic Powder
Dash of pepper
Grease the bottom of your pirex with canola oil or pam.
Lay down salmon filets and add 1 tbs of soy sauce to each.
Sprinkle each filet with 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp garlic powder and a dash of pepper.
Place in the oven uncovered on 375 for 25 minutes.
