Spicy Roasted Carrots
2-4 tbs Canola Oil
Peel and roughly chop carrots.
Place them on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil.
Season with spices, and don’t be shy! (go easy on the spicy paprika if you have a sensitive palette).
Toss to mix and roast on 350 for 35 minutes or until done (cook time varies from different size carrots).
