Spicy Chicken Thighs
3 Bone-In Chicken Thighs
1/4 Cup Mikees BBQ Sauce
1/4 Cup Duck Sauce
1/8 Cup Cholula Hot Sauce
1 Cup Water
Place chicken thighs in a pirex.
Top with duck sauce, BBQ sauce, and Cholula hot sauce.
Add 1 Cup of water to the bottom of the pan.
Cover with foil and bake on 350 for 1 hour. Uncover, baste chicken, and bake for 15 more minutes on 425 to give the chicken a nice crispy color.
Serve over curry couscous!
