Spaghetti Squash Ziti

Prepare a baking sheet with foil. Cut spaghetti squash in half and scrape out the seeds. Add about 1 tbs canola oil to the squash and place on the tray facing down. Cook at 375 for about 40 minutes.
Remove pan after baking and let the squash cool down a bit. Using a fork, shred the insides of the squash to bring it up into pasta form.
Place the squash into a pyrex and add tomato sauce and cheese. Mix it all together and finish it off by topping it with cheese and garlic powder.
Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and ready!
