1 Bunch of Asparagus
2 TBS Grape Seed Oil
3 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
4 TBS Grated Parmesan Cheese
Snap the bottoms off of your asparagus (you’ll feel where it naturally breaks), clean under cold water and pat dry.
Add to a bowl or shallow Pyrex and add oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and minced garlic and toss to coat.
Lay on a baking sheet or bake in the Pyrex at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove the tray and add grated parmesan cheese to the asparagus. Raise the heat to 425 and cook 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned or until the tips are crispy and the stalks are tender.
