1 London Broil Steak
2 Large Potatoes
A Handful of Baby Carrots
1 Beef Telma Cube or 2 Cups Beef Broth
Salt and Pepper
Place meat in a pyrex with potatoes and carrots.
Add a beef telma cube with water or beef broth until the beef is half covered.
Sprinkle the beef with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder. I add a little more onion powder than the other spices.
Cover with foil and cook on 350 for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, remove the cover and let it cooked uncovered until the juices evaporate- about 45 minutes.
Once the juice evaporates, remove and let it cool down.
If you like a more saucy dish, add a bit of water to the pyrex and mix it up to create a sauce or just take it out of the oven before the sauce completely evaporates!
