Halal Style Chicken
5-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Cultlets
1 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tbs Tomato Sauce
Cut chicken cutlets into small pieces.
Throw them in a ziplock with spices and soy sauce and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook them in a skillet until done. Add tomato sauce and stir.
Serve over rice!
