Garlic Spinach Saute

3-4 cups Fresh Spinach
3-4 Garlic Cloves
1 tbs Canola Oil


Peel garlic cloves and add to the pan with 1 tbs Canola Oil. Bring the pan to a medium/high heat and let the garlic infuse into the oil, but move them around so they don’t burn. Bring the heat down to a simmer, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Clean your spinach (make sure to clean each leaf because they can be very sandy). Give them a rough chop, throw them into the pan, and cover. The spinach should wilt after about a minute. Stir spinach and add freshly ground  sea salt.
