Duck al’ Orange
3 tbs Canola Oil
Salt and Pepper
1/3 Cup Orange Marmalade
Clean the bird of all its insides and parts.
Stick onion in the cavity of the duck and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and canola oil.
Roast at 350 for 2 hours. After 2 hours, take our the duck and brush on orange marmalade and orange slices.
Return to the oven for one more hour!
