This Soup Will Cure ANY Cold!

1 Onion
3 Chicken Cutlets
2-4 cups Water
1 Large Yukon Gold Potato
1/2 of a Sweet Potato
3 Celery Stalks
3 Carrots
4-5 Garlic Cloves
1 tbs Kosher Salt
1/2 tbs Garlic Powder
Dash of Turmeric


Chop off one end of the onion and peel it, leaving the other end in tact. This will hold the onion together while the soup cooks. Add it to your pot.

Add 1 tbs Oil to your pot. Chop your chicken cutlets into pieces throw them into the pot. Brown the chicken, about 3-5 minutes. Fill the pot with about 3-4 cups of water.

Add chopped veggies- potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, celery- whatever you got.

Mince 4-5 garlic cloves and add to soup.

Add salt, garlic powder, and turmeric.

Bring the soup to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat to medium and let it cook for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through. Test it with a fork.

Remove the onion and discard.
