Chicken and Capellini- Italian Style
Half a Box of Capellini, or 2 Servings Fresh Capellini
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Cutlets
Salt and Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
2 tbs Canola Oil
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
Place chicken cutlets on a baking sheet and season with spices.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until done.
In the meantime, cook your pasta according to directions or if you’re using fresh pasta, until it floats.
Strain the pasta, add canola oil, and fresh garlic.
Chop chicken into pieces and serve over spaghetti!
