1 Pack of Pre-Cut Puff Pastry Dough Squares
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Feta Cheese
2-3 Eggs (one for brushing)
Defrost puff pastry dough squares.
In a bowl, combine eggs and cheeses.
Spoon a tbs of the mixture into the center of each dough and fold over to create a triangle. Close up the triangle and place on a greased tray.
Brush the dough with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake on 350 for 20 Minutes or until golden brown.
*for variety, add spinach to cheese mixture*
I usually make these in bulk and freeze before baking so that I can just take them out on a busy weeknight and pop them in the oven.
